Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best booking and availability for our guests, we require no cancellation/reschedule within a 12 hour window of your appointment.  Cancellation and reschedules in this window will result in a forfeited 50% deposit of your booked services. We understand life can be unpredictable. We will work with you on a case by case basis, when appropriate, as to not have our policies abused. (emergency, 1x a year get out of jail free card) Cheeky Wax Studio has an 8 minute late window. Guests later than 8 minutes will result in services being removed and/or asked to rebook at a later date. We do not guarantee appointments beyond 8 minutes late. At the event you need to rebook a service for a different date/time the 50% deposit will be applied to the next appointment, non refundable. No call/No shows will incur a 100% charge of your booked services. We respect your time, we kindly request you respect ours as well. When booking your appointment you agree to our terms and policies. If you choose to pay with card you’ll be responsible for the card/service fee which is 2.6% of your total service(s). Thank you for supporting our small business!!
